I don't mean to give this volume such a low score to be cruel, but I think that there is genuinely bad advice in it and I accept medical things very seriously. I wouldn't desire someone to be harmed past reading the misinformation that may be in this volume.

I found this book inside a recycle bin. I decided to accept it because it was raining, and I don't like seeing books getting destroyed. After reading information technology I know why someone did not desire it.I don't mean to give this book such a low score to be cruel, but I think that there is genuinely bad communication in information technology and I take medical things very seriously. I wouldn't want someone to be harmed by reading the misinformation that may be in this volume.
Please proceed in mind I am non a medical professional but I know some things because I did volunteer at a hospital at once in my life.
The good communication in this book is uncomplicated stuff that everyone usually already knows. Of course not anybody has the same life experiences and people to teach them simple remedies. I don't heed a lot of their simple communication considering well-nigh of information technology is correct but I take the following issues-
The author is decumbent rambling which I really don't similar in a health volume. When I don't feel good I want a direct answer that is clear and like shooting fish in a barrel to read. I took a few stars off for that reason.
Another problem I have with this book is it does not cite it's sources. It will say something like "A study in Japan states that .... " and so not tell us what the study was or when it was done. I checked the stop of the affiliate and the back of the book. Unless its really hidden at that place are no sources.
On page 210 it states that you can use egg whites for puffy eyes. I know for a fact that raw eggs tin carry salmonella which is not something I would put anyplace nearly my eyeballs. It makes me wonder what else in this book might be a bad idea that I may have missed because I am not a physician.
